A £50 per week non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remainder balance to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of holiday. Payment in full is required if the booking is less than 8 weeks before departure. Please note any booking cancellations are non refundable less than 6 weeks prior to departure. We can accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit card (3% fee) £100 breakage deposit is required. This is payable with the final balance and will be refunded at the end of the holiday subject to an inventory of contents. In the unlikely event of damages / breakages, customers will be liable to the full replacement cost of the damaged or missing item (s). We do not take responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the property and recommend you take out suitable insurance before travelling. You can start your holiday on any day you like. Please note we do not allow all male or female parties aged 18-30. Our security will check your passports when first entering and will not allow entry if this is the case. Stag or Hen parties are not permitted also Please note we will answer enquiries asap.
